Match Sharpness

Guys,

How is it best to raise Match sharpness?

I am managing in the Vandarama North and have played 8 friendlies yet match sharpness
is still low.

Obviously training dont take place everyday as were part time so, how else can I raise this?

Match sharpness needs match time. It's all in the name.

It seems to be taking a long time...

I am 10 games into the season and played 8 friendlies so 18 in total!!
