i recently bought fm 2015 and decide to uninstall my fm 2014

but this game is so hard to keep good run. i played with genoa, avarage team with ability of the dark horse i often kill the big team with closed score. but always doomed by bigger margin with lower team.

i find its very difficult an irritating.

in fm 2014 i always decide the match training on teamwork and working very well in the tactic.
in fm 2015 i doesnt work anymore.

and the i follow the next opposition scout recommendation to change it every match. and only it got worse.

did anyone enlighten me how to handle the match training for every type and situation we often face.

i will be very gratefull, thanks

It depends!

Did you buy many players that you need the teamwork boost? Context, as always, matters. Set it to what you feel you need for the next match.

If you are struggling, it's probably your tactic/match decisions in general rather than match prep.

so basically the training match will not effect to much?

yes i already try many tactics and my team still inconsistent , maybe its average team fate.

Not as drastically as you suggest, no. If you're trying many tactics, that might be part of the problem too as you're going to get penalised on tactical familiarity and the tactical system might not be good either.

Consisency with squad selection appears to have a big impact on fm15. Last year I rotated regularly with each position having two or three first team quality players in my team I often played my fittest and it was successful. I admit my squad is not of the same quality this year, but player form appears (imo) to fluctuate more if your team rotates too much

Yes but dont think (and Im saying this to Aleneinvi) that reactive management should not happen. Its just that every tweak has to be measured and you must understand why you re making it.

Look here for my ideas/suggestions:http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/foot...-ask-uncle-mad-uncle-mads-box-choccys-10.html

That's a fair point. I'd rather have an unfamiliar good tactic (that's getting more and more familiar with each game) than a fully fluid weak tactic. Make changes if you need to.

i will not upset if i lost with unfluid/notfamiliar tactic. i know that rule to.. this is the hardest FM since CM 03/04

but i will not lose my spirit to tweak this problem until it solved . thanks a lot mate

interesting point , i always rotate my team base on condition, GK on conceding , striker base on goal he has on last match.

i will try it!!
