Match wont continue?

im playing liverpool, they injure one of my players and the game wont continue, i cant go on the tactics screen or anything, theyre grayed out and i cant pause or continue? any clues?

Leave the match, ie go back to the home screen, then return to the match. It happened to me once and that seemed to fix it.

i have tried this, i re installed and it seemed to work at first but now its not again, i need to go on holiday to continue, but its rather annoying because i a player gets sent off or injured im not involved in the rest of the match..
