TESTERS NEEDED!
This is a tactic I made it is a 2-4-3-1 (imagine a 4-2-3-1 with wingbacks). Initially I had problems with possession in a 4-2-3-1 so I decided to move the fullbacks to wingbacks and it is much more successful, playing triangles between the defensive midfielders and attacking midfields. It also gives me a better attacking threat considering I play inside forwards.

I've had problems with blue screen and crash dumps so haven't been able to test this for a full season but have got good results short term. I tended to get at least 60% possession against most teams and score a few too. As I haven't used it for very long I need some testers!

Player Roles:

GK (Sweeper Keeper):
An ordinary keeper is ok for this. Someone specialised in this role is a bonus but an ordinary keeper can work.
Key stats: positioning, reflexes, communications
Suggested players: Stegen, Butland

DCR (Ball playing defender - defend):
This player will start the attack and play passes to the DM and wingbacks. They will receive a lot of passes from the keeper so it is important they have decent passing but they also have to be excellent defensively.
Key stats: tackling, marking, anticipation, passing, composure, heading
Suggested players: Vertonghen, Mbiwa, Pique

DCL (limited defender - defend):
Obviously as the DCR is the creative defender who starts attacks, the DCL main job is defending.
Key stats: tackling, marking, heading, determination, position
Suggested players: Dunk, Puyol, Smalling

Wingbacks (automatic):
The wingbacks will bomb up and down the pitch. They will provide a wide outlet to the defensive midfielders and when the inside forwards come inside but must also provide defensive duties when the opposition is countering.
Key stats: marking, tackling, pace, work rate, passing (a good bonus)
Suggested players: Rafael, Evra, Dani Alves, Baines, Bocaly, Bedimo

DMR (DLP - support):
This is the Xavi of the team, playing a short passing game and looking to start the attacks. I've notice this player plays a lot of passes to the wingbacks and the AM.
Key stats: passing, creativity, composure, tackling, first touch
Suggested players: Xavi, Jenssen, Carrick, Bridcutt, Verratti

DML (Anchorman - defend): This guy will provide protection for the defence and allow the the DMR to wonder from position. The DML is very important as the wingbacks will go forward so he will provide extra protection from the counter and offer the defence opportunity to pass. This guy will tend to have the most passes, usually short though.
Key stats: tackling, marking, strength, bravery, jumping, heading, passing (a goodbonus)
Suggested players: Sandro, Busquets, M'vila, Moussa Sissoko, Parker

AMR/ L (inside forward - attack): With there only being one striker I had trouble in FM in providing support and additional goal threat but these inside forwards will provide assists and goals for the team. The also allow wingbacks to go down the wing and the AM to roam from position.
Key stats: finishing, pace, dribbling, passing
Suggested players: Wellington Nem, Ashley Young, Walcott, Kalou

AMC (Advanced playmaker - support): This guy will provide the assists for the strikers and tend to run with the ball and provide the creative spark for the team. This guy will tend to get a lot of passes (behind the DM's and sometimes the wingbacks).
Key stats: passing, creativity, pace, flair, composure, first touch, dribbling
Suggested players: Iniesta, Belhanda, Modric, Vicente, Kagawa

ST (Poacher - attack): Finally, the goals of the teamthe poacher. They will tend to run onto through balls and provide a distraction for the inside forward to get into the box.
Key stats: finishing, pace, acceleration, composure, off the bal, anticipation
Suggested players: Shane Long, Hernandez, Hooper, David Villa, Messi, Admilson

Pitch size: suggest full size but it is up to you!

Team talks: I tend to let my assistant do this.

Shouts: I don't really use shouts so again up to you.

sounds good. i'm trying to create tactic that is alike..with a very attacking mentality that creates a lot of possession and dominate completely.
