Is there a limit on how many years you can play?

And also when your manager gets older does he retire automatically?

There is no limit, the game goes on indefinitely - slowly filled with generated players (its awesome 6+ years in imo)

and no your manager doesn't retire automatically AFAIK, people have holidayed 200 years in, obviously with the same manager. The game allows you to cheat death and win the EPL at 200

Aha, was jus getting worried because i see all these managers retiring at 40 and im approaching 40.
