Maximum Transfer Rule in France ?!?

So i took over at PSG in september and was given 150million for the january window and had 5 players on there way, jan 1st hit and they all fell through! What the ****, says i have reached maximum transfer limit
 
Why dont you read the Rules part of the Ligue 1 window?!XD

I think its 4 players non eu max

Because the players were not non eu players XD:@XD It was Illaremendi, Ozil, Benteke and Fellaini i signed them in november and on janaury 1st when they were suppose to arrive all of the transfers were cancelled due to a maximum transfer limit, i then managed to redo the transfers and they worked fine in january but they all cost slightly more and Ozil was happy at Arsenal and chose not to come the second time round.
