Ive play fm for years and never had any issues with the press conferences in the past couple of years but this year all i seem to get is that the team will react badly to my responses or the players are unhappy with my comments! Any one got any tips or advise on what will get a positive response from my notts county team???

Go onto team settings and select; 'Assistant attends press conferences'.

yeah that ok but my assistant isnt that great and he still can say the wrong things! Will that still have a negative effect on the team and my stature?

I wouldn't worry about it. You're players will be fine and your assman will rarely upset them. (Unless you've got Calderwood)
