Merging Shortlists

Can someone explain how to merge shortlists. Im trying to merge the default one with Potential Stars.

1) Go onto the Edit Shortlists menu and select the Default shortlist (or another one if that's what you want to merge it into).

2) Click Import and choose Import Into Selected Shortlist.

3) Choose the Shortlist you want to import and click Select.
