MFG's Attacking 4-3-3 (Wingers and AMC)

I posted this tactic at the official FM forums, and people had a lot of success with it.
Version 1 is the original tactic, version WB is the tweaked (and, in my opinion, better tactic).

Positions:
Striker is Poacher.
AMC is the playmaker (Trequartista).
Wingers cut in (play left foot right and right foot left).
MCL joins attack.
MCR is defensive.
I like to use defenders with some pace, I dont know how slower ones do.
FBs are pretty standard.

Tested with Bayern (by me).
Also works in Brazilian league lower Italian leagues and Premier league.
Assistant takes care of opposition instructions.
No shouts.

Feedback and tweaks are welcome.

---VERSION WB-----
Defense is superb and attack still works great, it's fun to watch.
I slowed play down a bit, made the MCL more defensive and pulled the FBs up to close down the gap.
If you have great wingers you can leave focus passing on the flanks, if not you can mix it up.

so far so good. hammered lower league opposition in my friendlies then beat valencia 2-0.
League: W 3-0 V WEST HAM
League: W 3-2 V SPURS
Cup: W 2-1 V TRANMERE but i fielded a team of youngsters
I'll carry on with it tomorrow

Been trying out the WB version on my Welsh League save as Port Talbot, got to say results have been great.

Played 6 so far won 5 lost 1, scoring 21 goals and letting 8 in.

The one loss was only because of this crazy *** ref in the welsh league that gives out yellow cards if you sneeze, sent two of my players off.
