Ive been trying to buy richards from man city for a while now and i just had a £30 million bid rejected i was just wondering how much people have brought him for and any tips on getting him,

i said i am intersted in buying him and he says that he wouldn't say no but man city still wont let him leave and im arsenal by the way.
