Is there a cure for my mid season blues ? I love FM. But im getting stuck in a rut half way through my first season. Ive tried countless different teams, tactics etc; Please could anyone suggest a cure for this problem ? I guess its the game AI sussing me out, but there must be a way ! Perhaps i need to manage an easier team ? Cardiff are my favourites, being my local team but with zero budget its tough going, for me at least.
Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, and one more question. Do coaches have an affect on the mental attributes of players ? Say if i have lots of determined and focused coaches - would this spread to the players ?
