midfield roles in 4-2-3-1

im chelsea and im playing a "high up" 4-2-3-1 formation.im not sure what to play the striker as and also the deeper midfielders.i basically play like this;

bosingwa terry zapata cole
ballack essien
navas lamps di maria
drogba

i do ballack as supporting central mid and essien as defending centre mid.then lampard attacking mid and drogba advaced forward.

i run the same formation. With the CMs I put one as box to box support, and the other as ball winning/defence. Works great for me.

As for the lone striker, I put him as poacher because that role fits my strikers skills better. But advanced forward is good as well.
