Midfielder Superstar Needed?

Anyone know a good young midfield star - I would of signed Jack Rodwell - but £18 million and £14 million sign and £170k a week wages put me off..


Anyone know anyone good they can recommend me? I want a good Steven Gerrard type player to rip the midfield right open - I got £32.5 million left to spend on a good midfielder.

Definately get Poli, I signed him on my Liverpool save for £10.5million and he was outstanding in the season, easily on a par with Steven Gerrard.

Moussa Sissoko is a good buy, bit defensive, would be the perfect replacement for Rodwell

Aaron Ramsey, only player with a -10 PA IIRC. Sissoko is very similar to Rodwell and won't demand so much either.

I think I'm going with Andrea Poli (H)

I tried bid for the others they wernt having it - Wilshire was for sale - but for £30 million? LOL right. Hes not even worth that in real life - even though hes good, he aint £30 million yet from my eyes.

Sissoko I got on FM 09 - hes abit defensive like some people said...I need box to box more - but Andrea Poli looks like a good shout!

The others that people named here are going over stupidness like £25 million plus!
