Midfielders and Defenders that can las a long time?

Does anybody know who the best midfielders or defenders are that can last into their late thirties?

I have inexperienced players coming through so need to keep them going before they decide to retire?

Can anyone recommend?

senna is a beast on 9.2 patch he lasted me until he was 38 lol! hes stats are great.

i'm in my 6th season with leicester and gerrard is still going for Liverpool are still scores against me. his stats are still amazing

yep senna is a machine, even his physical stats don't seem to fall and am in the isxth season (though now he is on the bench because I sold zuculini to villareal)

Ivan Helguera is 34, but his stats stayed the same up tilh he was 38, he plays well in the DM role.

Only problem with Rivaldo is that after 1 season his stats go down a lot only a short term solution. he is only a good Championship player after 1 year
