Please visit Mike's 4-4-2 Freeplay for the download.

Mike's 4-4-2 Freeplay is actually recognized as 4-3-3 in both FM and in reality, but I'd prefer to call it 4-4-2 as I see wingers as midfielders and not attackers.

Positions
GK: Goalkeeper; Defend
DL/R: Full Back; Automatic
DCl: Central Defender; Defend
DCr: Central Defender; Cover
DM: Defensive Midfielder; Support
MC: Central Midfielder; Support
AML: Inside Forward; Attack
AMR: Winger; Attack
FL: Poacher; Attack
FR: Complete Forward; Attack

Feel free to change the Inside Forward to Winger and vice-versa.

Description
It's a pretty attacking tactic, it scored 81 and conceded only 20 with Arsenal. I know this isn't the best of records but it's still very good. I also managed plenty of success with Espanyol.

Successes
Arsenal - only played a season so not much time for success. I didn't win a trophy. 2nd in league, Champions League Semi Final, League Cup Final, FA Cup 3rd Round (vs. Chelsea).
Espanyol - won pretty much everything winnable. Only trophy to elude me was the Champions League.

I hope you enjoy as much success as I did, please leave feedback :)

I generally use my own tactics. The only ones I have downloaded off here are JP Woodys and Kris' Ancelotti ones. Feels better when you have success with your own but I will give it a download Mike and see what it is like :)

EDIT: Didn't mean the rhyme btw.

I understand an increasing number of people are using their own, but I thought I'd give everybody at FM-Base an opportunity to try mine :)

Yeah, I hope people realize I much prefer Michael to Mike (that, btw, is what you call sarcastic. Please refer to me as MIKE. Thanks).
