milan tactic help please?

I'm playing with Milan and of course I would play a 4-3-1-2 narrow formation .. So would like to have help putting together tactic so it becomes balanced. if anyone would like advice on roles and duty? do you play fluid attacking? I want to keep tactics as simple as possible without mass Constitution. grateful for the help.(A)

I am curently playing with them.

Strategy etc:Fluid-Balanced-More roaming, rest as default: Tweaked the focus play so it always stays at MIXED
Roles: I use one passer ( CM/support), one creator( DPL/support) and one destroyer( ballwinner/defend) in the middle. I use the AMC to his strengths and upfront, I do the same to

I shout at match start: Play wider, overlaps, exploit the flanks, play out of defence, hassle, stay on feet, work ball into box

If the opponent start to attack me, I just exploit the space out wide, playing counter and get ball forward, pass into space , direct passing, push up , hassle
