Miles Addison - The Next Frank Lampard?

On my game Addison has been touted by the media as the next Lampard, how do i ensure he actually turns out as good. Is it possible for him to? any advice would be apreciated XD

He's been touted as the next Steven Gerrad on mine, keep playing him in the first team with the proper training and he turns out golden, he currently plays for AC Millan on my save, banging in goals left right and centre.

huh, thats wierd on my save Addison started off good, but after the third season didn't play any good and i sold him to Reading for about 1 million.

i guess it all depends on people's games...
