Millwall- 2nd season

I'm in November 2nd season, just took over Millwall in the Championship. I need a good playmaker and a young CB that can directly go in my first team squad. Please help me!!

budget? wage and transfer?

No transfer budget. And my wage budget is in red... Financial not so good. Any hints on how I can get rid of players cause nobody wants them and I need new, cheeper players instead.

UPDATE: I got a wage budget of 15K/w now so are there any suggestions for players please???
