Minimum league goals fee

Hello guys, when making an offer for a player, theres a release clause called "minimum league goals fee", does it apply only for one season, or indefinetly, so if player scores his 10th goal 4 years after completing transfer, do i have to pay that fee?

no it only means if he hits the clause while he plays for you its a 1 time fee but yes you have too no matter how long it takes him to hit it
