Minimum of 4 Players Trained at your club

I've stumbled across something which i cant get past.
I play as Notts County and I have to register my players for Champions League.
I dont have 4 players trained by Notts County and I cant get past this screen as you have to respond.
Anyone know what to do ?
Please help x

Yer holiday for a day and it creates a fictional greyed out regen IIRC.

Sometimes you get a really good player and can sign them to a contract..

I thougt they just put some youth players in?

you can either holiday it or register your youth players. either way works fine
