my 30 days or whatever has run out and i can't go on mIRC, which is gey, and when i try to download one it says my beta version has run out and gives me a link to a download which doesnt work. what to do? :S

You can go on IRC after your trial is up.. Just wait for the 'continue' button to stop being grey.

You can go on, you just need to wait for the continue button to appear, which takes about 5 seconds twice.

I have not been registered for more than 500 days now, so just wait and do what Andy said.

ah, easy enough. i actually uninstalled it to download it again thinking i would have to do that every 30 days but i cant find a place to download it that works. can someone link me?
