missing clear cut chances

Currently on my ajax my players are missing one on ones and clear cut chances all the time and was wondering if anyone knew any solutions to this?

Could be a number of things.

1. If your players are short of morale , it may damage their confidence
2. A player who has low composure is likely to panic when they get 1 on 1 with the keeper
3. You have signed Emile Heskey.

no its none of them all my strikers have 13 + composure and morale is either very good or superb, i am getting like 7 plus clear cut chances a game and not scoring a singl e one

If you're on an extended run of good form, the game reduces the rate at which your CCCs convert to goals. This is supposed to model the pressure and resulting drop in composure that comes from being one of the top teams. You might try lowering the tempo of your tactic and telling your strikers that there's "no Pressure."
