I'm getting slightly frustrated with FM2011, and here is why:
My team, Ajax, is generally playing pretty good football, but once every 4 or 5 games they miss a great load of chances, 15 or more, whilist the opponent does score, useually from a lot less chances and so I loose valuable points.
Please see the picture below in which I've highlighted the four frustrating games in the last 15 games. Below I've also analyzed PSV: their conversion rate from goal attempts is similar on average, but their standard deviation is a lot less, meaning that their is less fluctuation.
I've looked at my most important players (Suarez, El Hamdaoui, Lodeiro, Sujlemani & Christian Benitez) and their conversion statistics are very good on average, but apperantly something just goes wrong in some games... Teh only player for which I have really found a problem is Verthongen, who has had 38 goal attempts (corners), but only scored twice.
I'll also be honest: I could imagine this happening every on in 10 games, or maybe even one in eight games, but one in four is just weird.
Any thoughts on how to prevent this?
BTW: I'm using the Goals Galore tactic, and I have the best trainers available for Ajax with individual focus on finishing for all relevant playes.
