I have downloaded Pr0’s updated 1.2 verison roster nad made some changes to it.

Just a bit of history of myself

Growing up in Hamilton, Ontario Canada I was a soccer fan SWMM scouting and Manager course I knew what it would take to run a successful franchise. After finding out that a possible soccer MLS franchise was coming to Canada I knew I had to get in for a interview for the Head Coachs job. It was announced that MLS decided not to go with Orlando but will go with a already made 24,000 field above the boarder in Hamilton, Ontario. With the new built Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton Ontario Canada the ownership jumped on the opportunity to get into the league. So I decided to take my management skills and apply them to a soccer team. So here I am sitting in my Hamilton apartment as i just finished my smww soccer scouting and manager course I have decided to give my dream job to become a Head coach of a soccer club. Whomever takes over the club has their work cut out for themselves as there is no players as they will have to bring in players before the league starts. As I look at the possible ideas to help build a successful club in Hamilton in the MLS, I decided to fax my resume to the ownership of Hamilton FC and after a few interviews as a canadate for the Head Coach position I got a few phone calls later to find out that out of all of the managers that they interviewed i was the best one for the job so now I have been named as the new Hamilton FC Team Coach.

Just so people know my selected nations are:

I have decided to with USA, Italy, Holland and England as far as selected nations, however when it comes to Database I have gone with Advanced and then selected North America, South America, Holland, Italy, and then Canada and USA . We have an approximate 34,000 player count.

We are going with England because of the July 2014 start date that way we have half a year to prep for MLS Expansion draft, Supplemental Draft, Re-entry draft, and Wavier Draft.

Our club will be built from our feeder club, our reserves and the players from our expansion draft, wavier draft, supplemental draft and re-entry draft. We will not be able to acquire any picks or international slots until MLS season 2, our season 1 that way our club will be built through the draft.

July 2014

In what may have been as a surprise appointment, the Hamilton FC board has named a virtually unknown Canadian Coach as their new boss. Rick Stevens who turns 28 next birthday was introduced to fans and journalists alike at the Tim Hortons Field this morning.

I was given a 1 yr deal until December 2015 worth $5,000 p/w

Our club is setup to have a Hamilton FC (Main squad), Hamilton Reserves (Reserve squad who aren’t ready for our main squad) and our Academy (Feeder Team)

Information about our club:

Professional Status: Professional
Reputation: National
Chairman Status: -
Finances: Okay
Estimated Value: $87M
Stadium: Tim Horton’s Field
Stadium Capacity: 24000 (22,500 seated with 1500 as standing)
Training Facilities: Impressive Training Facilities
Youth Facilities: Good Youth facilities
Region: North America
Continental Competition: -
Rivals: Toronto FC (100 all Hamilton/Toronto sports teams have a huge rival), Montreal Impact (65)

My Managerial Styles will be set as Suggested badges based on Hamilton FC:

Attacking: 6
Defending: 2
Fitness – 6
Goalkeepers: 2
Tactical Coaching: 2
Technique Coaching: 2
Mental Coaching: 2
Working with Youngsters: 12
Adaptability: 1
Determination: 2
Player Knowledge: 9
Youngster Knownledge: 15
Level of Discipline: 2
Man Management: 5
Motivating: 5

As far as our staff goes I have decided to use the Orlando SC staff

Owner:
President – Phil Rawlins
Director: Brett Lashbrook
Manager: Myself

So we will be looking for a Director of Football, Head of Youth, Reserves Manager, Assistant Manager, 3 other Hamilton FC staff and 3 scouts

Our Tactic that we will be going with is a 4-2-1-3 formation and our alternate tactic is 2-3-2-1-2... I will list tactic we will be using which game.

Our main expansion club will be playing in MLS, our Reserve squad will be playing in American Third Division aka USL Pro and our Academy (Feeder Team) will be playing in ADL

Basically the rules that I will be using for this story is that I will be going with it until 2028-2029 hopefully.. The only players I can bring in are players through my Feeder Club or clubs if I get anymore as also the drafts no other players we can bring in through trades or free transfers or anything so it keeps it kind of challenging

I know i was only going to sign players from the feeder club, and all of the drafts but with 2 months still away from season we still need 3 defenders and 3 midfielders so if there is no more drafts coming up between now and the start of season i will have to sign a few free transfers but that will be the only time that I do it.

January 19th

January 26th

We have singed one of those few players we still needed as we sign 24 yr old Juan Cruz Gotta who is 6`5 205lbs centre back from Argentina. Last season he played for Boyaca Chico FC. He signed until December 31st 2016 for $950 per week.

We went to the board to look for a possible Affiliated Club as the only club we have right now is a feeder club but we cant sign anyone from them as they are too young. They start the search today with it to be completed on February 6th 2015.

We have signed 22 yr old midfielder Alejandro Aguilar from USA. He was a prospect we were looking at the superdraft/supplemental draft and when we couldn’t acquire any picks from the draft we decided to sign him as a free transfer. He is signed as a reserve/hot prospect worth $700 per week until December 31st 2016

We have also added 22 yr old American Brook Maggio who is a centreback. Also like Aguilar, Maggio was a player we were scouting for the drafts but couldn’t acquire any other picks for us to draft him so we signed him as a free transfer. With the start of the MLS just 35 days away, ESPNFC.com focuses on Hamilton FC in today’s “MLS Team Watch”

Hamilton FC have a squad extremely capable of putting together a good season but the name of enthusiastic midfielder Robert Heggestad has increasingly been spoken of as one to watch, whilst winger Jorge Villafana is also emerging as a very handy player.

Heggestad has 2 caps at youth level for Norway and has never been capped by the senior side. The new Hamilton FC signing has already made it known in recent days that he is pleased to be part of the setup at Tim Horton’s Field. He was drafted to the MLS in 2015 by Hamilton FC, as a 1st round (2nd overall) in the superdraft.

Rage have a fairly well balanced squad in terms of numbers and with no obvious weaknesses, they appear to be ready for the big kick off.

Our main squad is scheduled to take on San Antonio Scorpions in friendly action on the road. Our main squad won by a score of 4-1, Marvin Chavez scored 1 goal as Bastian Meisenheimer scored a hat trick for 3 goals.

Two players from our feeder club Nico Louwers who i have been following very close and goalkeeper Nicholas Maroccia helped Canada U20 lift the U20 Championship with a 2-0 win over USA U20 in the Championship final.

After looking through all 3 teams we have decided to go with Atlas as our Affiliation club because of the great training facilities and great youth facilities. So the board will consider our recommendation and will return with a verdict as soon as possible.

Our reserve squad has a game against Novara U20. Our reserve squad lost by a score of 2-1

Before the reserve game the Hamilton FC board has decided to discuss possible renewal contract talks after posting 1st place in 2 ½ months into the season.

It says:

Hamilton FC Chairman Brett Lashbrok has invited your to enter into contract renewal talks with the club’s board.

Before contracts talks begin, the club’s board would like to give you the opportunity to propose modifications to the current club vision. If the board agrees to the suggested changes they will take effect once your renew your contract.

The board are pleased that you have managed to meet this season’s expectations and would be willing to allow you to increase them if you wish to do so.

The board wish to make clear that they reserve the right to adjust the transfer and wage budget in the future and without prior consultation.

The currently agreed vision is as follows:

League Expectations: Be Competitive
Transfer Budget: $400,000
Wage Budget: $500,000 per week
No agreed philosophies
No agreed board requests.

They have offered me a 1 yr contract extension for 5.25k per week. I have decided to propose a 4 yr contract extension plus drop my wage down to 4k p/w to save the money to sign possible players.

They wouldn’t draw pass a 1 yr deal so contracts have broken off for now until the end of the season. I wanted atleast 2 yrs and they weren’t willing to do that so if they don’t meet those terms I will move on at the end of the season.

I was going through the board section and it looks like they have given more more staff members as they increased it from 9 to 15 and from 6 scouts to 11

He is 38 yr old currently making 5k per week and he wanted 3k so we will agree to the 2k in savings as we sent his agent an offer for 3k for 1 yr.

We need him for atleast 1 more year to help develop our possible back p goalie next season or our future goalie that will take over for Ricketts when he retires.

October 3rd

With Jimmy Delgado signing that contract extension earlier in the season our assistant is telling us to maybe improve the contract in the near future so that the player does not become unhappy with his contract situation. I am ok with that

He is signed until December 2017 at 1.2k per week and he would like a contract until December 2018. With how well he has done as of late we are happy to increase his salary to 2.8k more a week.

Philadelphia secures a playoff spot

We decided to lower it to 4.3k per week until December 2018 however we have added a 2.3 Minmum Fee Release clause.
