im currently in the mls with chicago and ive had a couple of issues and im wondering whether anyone else has seen them and knows what to do. firstly i have drafted players in and i am unable to offer them a contract but they continue to say that i have drafted them so that they remain at no club and no one can offer them a contract. secondly some days i cannot offer anyone a contract and then on somedays i can but the maximum wage i can offer is much lower than what the actual wage should be. does anyone know what maybe causing any of these issues?
