MLS Salary Cap

Is anyone else having a problem with the MLS salary cap? When I play any time i sign a player to a new contract I have to re-register my team. When that happens bad things happen. As Sporting KC they can have upto 45K per week. When I have no players selected it tells me that I'm using 47K per week and and when when I start selecting players it goes down to 45.5K per week and just stays there no matter what the actually number is. I added up and im actually using 43K per week.

What about guaranteed contracts or have you waived someone who wasn't picked up? If not I'd advise reporting it over at SI as that's the only way to solve your problem.
