Monaco...return to the top!

Has anyone been Monaco?
I want to do a game with a big side who need to return to the big time, anyone know what their wage budget is like etc?

Hello

I just started Monaco with the new patch, as their new Russian chairman is included. That gives now a 10mil budget for promotion and 13mil for winner.

However, their team is really extensive and a lot of potential players, thus I'm not really sure what to sign at all. It looks to me that they wouldn't necessarily need anyone.

I'm also really struggling to get them playing well. It's like there isn't just any will for them to win. I'm getting draws mostly, which was the reason why they were relegated in the first place.

Also as it's so hard to sell players and Monaco would need to get rid of plenty of players, it's a bit of a challenge.
