Monaco tactic help?

Everything i try with Monaco fails and i cannot find a tactic that works, if anyone has had any luck with formations and roles of players can they let me know.

Would you consider playing a Wide 4231 or a deep 4231, using only one FC ? If so, and your ambition is not get prmotoed and within 3 season win the league, using shouts, then I might have something really good for you

you should try a deep 4-2-3-1 the team has the players for it, i might start a game and try Monaco myself

I was playing a deep 4231 for a few games but getting demolished of teams such as ESTAC troyes and stade de reims!
