monaco tactical help

Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me with e 4-3-1-2 narrow tactics? with three central midfielders, an amc and two strikers. am playing with Monaco and no tactics that work! located on the fourteenth place in the league after twelve rounds and the board begins to tire of me as a manager = ( Thanks in advice
