in my long term save i noticed that monaco seem to have 1 of the best youth systems really amazing consistently producing world class players im always buying semi produced talents from around 18-19 years of age from them sky high prices but 100 percent worth it has anyone noticed how many quality regens come from there if not its a good place to scout for regens
