Monthly awards i.e, Goal of the month, Manager of the month.. Etc are greyed out?

Basically I have not been seeing any goal of the money come up on my messages over my 4 seasons and i only just looked in awards and all of the monthly awards are greyed out like they are not turned on, How do i turn them on? And yes the star is yellow in the top right of the league table i am in, And I am in the premiership so I'm pretty sure it supports it. Thanks for the help.

They didn't. Monthly awards is there in my current game... Why it's not working for you guy i don't know

What league are you managing? Most leagues don't do monthly awards.

the premiership. in fm 11 i was updated every month, but not in fm 12

Have you tried to check on your manager subscriptions? Check if you want to show them in there

Certain awards don't work with the pirate version. I suggest buying the game.
