Monthly Instalments

Hi,

Quick question. When I take up the monthly installments option, I have 2 bars next to it. The amount of months, and the sum. Now let's say I picked 48 months and I want to pay 500k in total. Do I put 500k in the amount bar, or do I divide 500/48, and put that in the amount bar? Cause I want to pay 500k in total not every month
