Monthly Loan Fees Questions! Urgent!

So guys just wondering is the monthly loan fee, as it says, a fee you receive from the loaning club monthly?? Like is a 160k monthly fee, a one off, or do you receive it for each month of the loan?

Thanks mate, that means for Scott Brown i'm getting 160k for 6 months, each month. Which is 960,000. only 100k off of his Value, with a future fee of his full value
