I just happened to notice how important is moral in this years fm. Has anyone of you ever seen Lionel Messi loosing 6-7 penalty kicks in a row??? Well, I ve seen it. During that time he had a general problem at scoring too. For a long time i did absolutely nothing to fix it, because i was thinking (what the ****, its Messi. He will score from the spot eventually). But he kept loosing them. So i tried individual talk: No pressure on you tonight and it worked, as he scored from the penalty spot during that match. Anyone else experienced something equal?
