More coaches than the game says I have

So basically in the board tab it says I have 19 coaches, 9 under 21s coaches and 16 under 18s coaches. I actually have 24 coaches, 19 under 21s coaches and 24 under 18s coaches. If you're wondering why I have so many coaches it's because I was trying to bring the number of coaches up to the advised amount but the game, for some reason, isn't counting them.

Just some extra information, all the coaches I have show up under the training tab but when I went to the coaching team tab it only shows the number of staff the game thinks I have. Like it will only show me 19 of my 24 coaches for example.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

Can't help sorry, I actually had the opposite problem before!

Board accepted my request to increase the amount of 1st team coaches and it didn't happen. Around a year later it popped up that I could get more in

That sounds a tad more annoying than my problem, but at least it fixed itself.

I think this has been problem for the last 4 or 5 seasons for me so it doesn't seem like it will fix itself
