more leages??

i have only selected the english and spanish leages in my database for fm2011 , but now im in year 2018 and i fancy going to somwere like porto or somone in turkey ! is there anyway i can get the other leages avalible ?​

No, if you want other leagues you must start a new game im afraid...

Yep pretty much what Steve said, you can only play with the leagues you initially picked, something we all end up regretting at some point
