Morning GMT Network Game??

hey all im new to the network games but would like to join or start a network game.

Only problem is that i work afternoons and would only be able to play during the morning up to 1:00pm.

I was wondering if there are any others who are able to play during this time and maybe start one up or i can create one if theres enough interest.

I dont mind which league but of course prem is always preffered.
