I'm currently at the end of my first season with Alessandria, and after good start and decent mid season I reached to title of C1A league.
Now with only 5 games left my players start to embaresing them self. Game results are not important anymore cose we are already won title, but still it's anoying. I was wondering how you deal with this profile when you play with low profile teams?

Tell the players who look cocky, you can find that out on the assisstants report in a match, that you expect a performance and then tell them not to get complacent when winning at half-time.

demand moreof them, expect the win etc, tell them dont let the performance drop at half time

yeh in your team talk before tell them i expect a win be more strict with them don't offer praise all the time at end of matches if they win say like poor performance despite the result

Thanx guys, that are thing that worked when I played with higher profile team, and find my self in similar situation. With this low profile wankers it simply dont work...well...my best goal scorer Luigi Castaldo keep scoring but one good player is not enough for a win...Anyway most of them are not match for serie B, i'll get rid of most of them when the season is over
