no one can suggest something ?

For me, when my player became "in danger in losing discipline" I set the player tackling intruction either easy or hard...but when my player became complacent or others I just can wait until teamtalk and try to motivate them. You may try it if you want.

playing ok before half time- manager has to encourage them to a good performance
looking motivated before half time or playing with confidence- ensure they dont get complacent. i tend to say you have faith to these players if rating is above 7 or general encourage if rating is 6.8 or 6.9. disappointed if below 6.8.
nervous at halftime- take the pressure off them.
complacent- harsh teamtalk to focus them.
playing poorly- best option is to sub off.
fired up could be good or bad depending on the player. a fired up wayne rooney is eager to influence the game. a fired up joey barton will probably dive recklessly into a tackle and get sent off.

For better information on this topic read communnication and psychological warfare 10 on fm britain.

any more suggestions ?
