Anyone know how I get my players motivated

praise them before a game, but not if they aren't playing well

If that doesn't work make sure your using your team talks to full effect, also at the start of the season, make sure if your club is financially stable that you put all the win bonuses on High. That will motivate the greedy players anyway. Also make sure you use player interactions to there full extent, praising and critisising players on how they have been playing.

I think the local Pharmacy is the bast place to look mate, 2 pills for £7 quid I hear. So if you need them for your whole team and subs... and your staff... and then one for one you get home.. and one for every squad member when he gets home.. it might end up costing alot per game..

.. Maybe you should just use the verbal lubrication method instead?
