I apologise in advance if this thread is in the wrong place, my computer doesn't seem to want to work atm.
In nearly every season i've done, there have been big complaints from fans, players, staff etc about the lack of motivation with my players. Is there any way of solving this? In my team talks i say 'for the fans!' or 'you can win this!' as motivating talks, is this wrong? the lack of motivation is lowering morale, and the only advice ive been given to tackle this is to win games, which is pretty much impossible with the team i have at the moment, most of which are on poor morale.
Any ideas of how to turn my season around?
