Moving the game,Steam and saved to another PC

My Laptop's GPU is dead Totally dead so I need some Tips on how to transfer my saved to another laptop, Is it possible to install the game on another laptop??

Installing the game on anothr laptop is no problem. Just install steam on your laptop. Login and download FM.

But to load your savegame that is saved on your dead laptop is another story which I can't help you with.
I hope someone with technical knowhow can help you with that.

Download Steam and FM on your new laptop.
Copy your save onto a USB stick and paste it into the save game folder on your new laptop.

C:\Users\Username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\games
