I did not have time to really test them on the long term but I would say that it depends on the squad that you manage

Tested on Full version of FM21- Almost won league over 82 games - good for top teams 185 goals 45% possession - 2.17 points per game - 2.26 goals per game - 704 crosses completed - 23 goal from corners best in league - 63 ccc - 1457 shots - 666 shots on target - 18 shots per game

I dont think I had done any individual instructions at the time


Also, to be honest, it is not a very good tactic, so i dont really want you to waste your time with it..
