I have recently started a new game with Rochdlae, And to say I am struggling is an Underestimate. Here are some screen Shots of my time so far

Any Help would be much appreciated, I think I have signed not so good players maybe, but i thought they were pretty good. We have a good Fighting spirit and they never play badly, is there any Never say die Tactic..

If you guys are interested I dont mind posting my progress once I have been given advice etc, If im in the wrong thread or something like that then im sure some clever clogs will tell me lol, but as long as i have been registered I have never really posted on here, so help help help. thankyou.

It got my Leeds team promoted with 98 points in total the first season

Thanks I will take a look, if there is someone in admin tht can delte karakorum's reply then do so because posts like his ruin newbies contributions to the forums.

One point I would make - use the loan market a lot more! In fact, if I am managing below the Championship I always try to get the maximum amount of loan players that I am allowed.

They are usually better than the standard of players you get on permanent deals, and they will more than often cost you no fee and no wage contribution. Dont be afraid to be ambitious - look at the loan list and start at the top in terms of value. A lot of them will reject you, but you may just bag a quality player to be the catalyst. Special mention - try to get Daniel Pacheco from Liverpool. He will drop to League One on loan for the season.

Good job getting Ireikpen - hes a good free transfer.

Don't change things. I went longer than this on a losing streak with Gillingham in my first season, then our results picked up and we ended as champions. Just keep going and if it doesn't work out try at another club. It's fine at that point.

dont play a normal 4-4-2. Pick/make a new tactic and stick with it. Try Leo Aro for frees if possible and maybe terry dixon. Get a lot of loans ( maybe a parent club). sell unneeded players so that your not paying their wages.

Also Karakorum do you think that post made you cool. So he is struggling at the game at least he is trying
