I started as Manchester City and told the board I could win the league and got 78million to spend. I then immediatly made a board request for more funds as I told them we would'nt be able to compete with other team...and they topped my budget up to 250million!! So on i got with the business and I've just finished pre-season, August is here and this is my wonderous line-up:

GK - Hart (sweeperkeeper/support)
DR - Daniel Alves (fullback/attack) - 78million (min. release clause)
DCR - David Luiz (limited defender/stopper) - 7.75million
DCL - Rolando (ballplaying defender/defend) - 10million
DL - Fabio Coentrao (fullback/attack) - 10.25million
MCR - van Bommell (ballwinning midfielder) - 3.4million
MCL - Pastore (advanced playmaker/attack) - 39.5million
AMR - Henderson (winger/attack) - 14.5million
AML - Bale (defensive winger/attack) - 44million
STCR - Tevez (deeplying forward/attack)
STCL - Dzeko (targetman/attack) - 25million

Total spending: 232million

I let go SWP for 5million, Adebayor for 6million, Richards for 4million and Bridge for 2.5million. Still looking to sell more and buy a good back-up keeper. Any suggestions?

78 mill for Dani Alves? Wow might as well have bought Ronaldo or Messi with that...

I got Pastore for less than half that due to some clever player tapping. Since you have the money why not go for an amazing keeper & make Hart back-up?

I wanted to keep at least some British players in the first 11, since there is only 3 in Hart, Bale and Henderson. Plus I hardly have any money left due to player and agent payments in the contracts etc.
