I've just started a new game in beta with Stockport country. I am unable to offer multiple staff contracts at the same time due to *restrictions. But when 1 contract has been confirmed I am then able to offer another member of staff a contract. Where are these restrictions noted or is this an error? I have always been able t offer more than one staff member a contract at once before so haven't seen this restriction in all the previous FM's I've played?
