Munir (Barcelona) patch 15.3.2 - Is he still a wonderkid ?

As the title said, I'm wondering if the recent patch 15.3 nerfed Munir's ability or not. In my game right now, January 2019, his value is less than 5 million Euros and his stats are quite mediocre. I have included a screenshot of him, can you guys check n tell me whether I should buy him ? Thanks :)

I wouldn't recommend him now, he did developed poorly in my Tottenham save.
 
I'm probably wrong but I assumed a players stats would go down if he wasn't being played enough?

They do but I've found that Munir still doesn't improve even if he is played since the update. He has turned into a wasted potential in all my saves.
 
In my 4th season with Barcelona, 1st season I loaned him out. He flopped. 2nd season he got out on loan again, once more he flopped. Now he's just a player that season in season out, gets loaned out until I'll lucky enough to sell him. My advice is, don't buy him. Surely there must be some regens that have better potential, and will perfom better than him :)
 
Thanks guys for your advices, it seems that Munir isnt as good as he once was in the past, kinda sad.
 
Munir was decent for me at Arsenal when I got him for loan in the second half of 2014/15. I played him upfront in a 4231.
I tried to buy him next season but could manage only in Jan 2016 when he had a min release clause of 29.5M.
I re-trained him at AMR (IF) as I didnt have a left footed winger and i thought he would bang in goals ..

He was poor in most of the games .. Loaned him now (Jan 2018) - probably will sell him once he comes back...

dont know if he is still a wonderkid and for me his stats didnt grow to much but i trained him into a attacking mid right and he is banging then in one season he had 20 plus 15 assist for me
