Depending on budget, Charlie Austin.
He costs between 3 - 4.5 million and is a goal machine (in real life too)
I just finished my first season and he scored 42 in 49, with 38 in the league. May even be good for smaller Prem teams but seeing as i didn't get promoted, i won't know. I used the popular 'goals galore' tactic and even though i was 21st after 3 months of using it, i just went on a 10 game winning streak randomly an unbeaten in 14 to take me to 7th. It was in this run that Austin scored 3 hat tricks and 15 in 6 games. A must for Championship teams in need of a goalscorer, at a fair-ish price.
