My Challenge For FM2010!

I have set myself a challenge for FM 2010. My challenge is to basically use the Athletic Bilbao policy which is only sign and have players from that area but my challenge is I am going to do it with Liverpool and only sign players from the Merseyside area. I will post regularly when the game comes out to show you all my progress i cant wait.
