So after my first season at Sparta Prague (got into semifinals of CL) I've been called for an interview at Zenith Petersburg. At the interview there was this one question: "Are you willing to cooperate with the current staff?" (It was in Czech, so it isn't literal) that's no problem, i thought...
But there was a problem. A huge one...
What I thought was, that I wouldn't be able to fire anyone. What they thought was, there will be no movement within staff whatsoever. So I have about 6 coaches for the A team, no managing staff for youth teams, and they all seem really poor and overworked. I have to coach attack and ball control myself and players are already (after 4 weeks) complaining.
The board wouldn't even talk to me about unfreezing the staff signings...
Has anyone had a similar experience? When will they let me hire someone? Will they ever?
Thanks
